I am in a very agitated mood right now.  Matter of factly, I am angry and I also feel sad.  I just got done watching the film “An American Crime” starring Ellen Page as Sylvia Likens and Catherine Keener as Gertrude Baniszewski, the Indiana mother of six who took in Sylvia Likens and her sister Jenny as their caretaker but was then very abusive and tortured the poor girl whom she kept locked up in the basement…  Seeing the horrors this poor innocent child had to suffer and endure made me cringe, made me angry and made me cry that human beings are capable of such horror and despicable acts.  I can not get the images out of my head of how this innocent child suffered.. Words can not express how angry this makes me feel..  I feel as people like Gertrude Baniszewski should get the death penalty…  Child abuse should be a crime deserving of the death penalty irregardless of wether or not death to the victim occurs or not.  Gertrude should have gotten the death penalty.  No child should ever be subject to any sort of abuse whatsoever and this pisses me off that sick rotten evil people like Gertrude Baniszewski exist.    I am vehemently against child abuse and HATE people that hurt children.    I’m not going to go into details in regards to the film so as not to spoil it for you, but if you’re interested, it is a well acted film as well as well directed.. Film wise it was a good movie although the story and subject matter is heinous and despicable..  This film evokes the viewers emotions.. It made me angry at Gertrude as well as several other people in the film.. It made me cry and feel for Sylvia.. May she be at peace with God, rest her poor innocent soul…  I used google to search on preventing child abuse and think you should do the same.  Child abuse should never be ignored.. Child abuse should never be tolerated..

With your help, for many children you can Stop Child Abuse!
