Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware said Friday that Nevadans shouldn’t listen to claims he and Barack Obama would take away the right to bear arms.

“I get a kick out of, sometimes, the NRA saying we’re going to take your shotguns away,” he said in a telephone interview with the Nevada Appeal. “I’ve got three shotguns, although my son thinks one of them, the over-under, is his.”

“Both of us believe strongly in the Second Amendment,” Biden said. “We do not believe in registration. We do believe in limits on some of the weapons. You can’t have your own flame-thrower or bazooka. And legislation in relation to assault weapons doesn’t affect hunters or sportsmen.”

“We are two Democrats who voted against gun control,” he said.

Joe Biden is a LIAR! Joe Biden is the author of the assault weapons ban which banned numerous semi automatic firearms based on APPEARANCE. It is a well known fact that Obama and Biden intend on reinstating the so called assault weapons ban and it even states so on Obama’s campaign website. In addition to reinstating a AWB, there are numersous bills pending to add all semi automatic weapons to the ban list. This list includes many rifles as well as handguns. Biden is playing with words trying to distort the facts and truth.. Flamethrowers and Bazooka are already illegal and have been for a very long time.. He is avoiding the real issue by disguising his real motive and intent. Semi automatic firearms are NOT ASSAULT WEAPONS. Assault weapons are fully automatic and machine guns and they are already illegal. For Joe Biden to suggest that the assault weapons ban does not affect hunters and sportsmen is plain outright a lie and bullshit! The second amendment is not about hunting! Biden’s sole purpose and intent for the so called assault weapons ban is to restrict the firepower of we the people as a means of self preservation of the framework in place for the pending tyranny we face.

America is truly in a state of dire distress and for a politician to outright and knowingly lie to the people to get their vote is a sure sign that we can not trust Obama as president, nor Joe Biden as VP.

Sure Joe Biden and Obama may not take away your old 1850s musket or your Damascus barrelled shotgun, but bet your ass he is going to take away your M1 carbine, your AR15, your semi automatic, your Ak 47, your SKS and thousands more semi automatic handguns, rifles and shotguns.

Don’t forget also that Obama is a HUGE UN fan and that the UN seeks to ban ALL HANDGUNS, ALL SEMI AUTOMATICS, and all rifles or shotguns capable of firing a round more than 100 yards and ALL MILITARY SURPLUS FIREARMS INCLUDING BOLT ACTIONS!!

NO COLLECTOR, HUNTER, SPORTSMEN OR GUN OWNER SHOULD BE VOTING FOR OBAMA!

THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS THE ONLY INSURANCE WE THE PEOPLE HAVE AS A NATION TO FIGHT AGAINST TYRANNY AND DICTATORSHIP.
